
Recipe – Baked chicken fillets breast sauce Crumb coating
Kielbasa or Italian sausage add a wonderful blend of kindness This spicy chicken baked breast recipe. All the flavors of the sausage mixture with the flavor of chicken. As seasoned sausage and do not really need that much, but pepper seasoning of cayenne pepper gives the dish a little heat pulse. You can use ham instead of sausage, ham since then, but generally not experienced as much as sausage, you may need to add a little wiser and salt and pepper. <p>
If you are concerned too much saturated fat, do not worry that olive oil is much healthier than butter. Baking instead of frying it also helps reduce the fat here. . This gives the opportunity for a brown chicken and make these little bits of flavor to the surface. <p>

Laying <p> breast baked chicken sausage
Ingredients <br>
8 oz skinless chicken breast <br> room
Polish sausage link (about the size of a hot dog) <br>
1 cup bread crumbs <br>
C. 8.1 teaspoon cayenne pepper <br>
1 teaspoon <p> tablespoon olive oil
<p> Instructions:
1 – Muela sausage, bread crumbs, cayenne pepper and <br>
In a food processor. (Sort of like mixing) <br>
2 – Heat olive oil in a pan to oven and brown chicken breasts for 3 to 4 minutes per side. <br>
3 – With your hands shape the dough crumbs sausage all <br> chicken breasts
4 – Place in skillet and place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes <br> <p>.
