Has anyone ever seen Lidia’s Italy? I need the name of a recipe she made kinda like ravioli????
I watched it last night. She made fresh pasta and stuffed it with a chicken, beef, spinach mixture and put a butter sage sauce over it. She had a really Italian name for it and it wasn’t ravioli although it looked similar to ravioli. Does any one know what this is called?
I love the show, but sorry – she’s really stingy with the recipes, lol! There are some on this site, but there’s a book accompanying the series, so I think obviously they want us to buy the book.
I don’t think the recipe is on the listings here -

I didn’t see the episode you mention, but from the show listings, it could be
agnolotti with roasted meat and spinach stuffing – I had no luck at all finding her recipe! Just a note on another recipe saying it was ‘similar’ to ravioli.
