Cut the apples and remove seeds. Spoon apples in the sugar. Place apples in bottom of pie crust, get on a mound in the crust in pan and sprinkle a little cinnamon in them. Put a little margarine stains here and there over the apples. Cover apples with pastry and cut holes here and there, if not already there are holes in the bark. Pinch the edges of the crust top of the lower crust. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for about half an hour, then check if it is done. You can take an hour. Just keep control.
