What is the best low-calorie, low molasses cookie recipe fat?
I'll make cookies, and I was wondering if anyone experiencing a healthy recipe. or if you know a good link that is helpful too. Thanks!
Ingredients ¼ C. molasses cookies prunes 4 tbsp. ¼ C. ¼ hot cup canola oil Blackstrap molasses 3.2 c. brown sugar 1 / 3 cup 1 tablespoon orange juice tea. 2 tablespoons cider vinegar with no white flour 2.3 c. unbleached 1 tablespoon soy protein tea. 2 tablespoons teaspoon cinnamon. ground ginger, ½ teaspoon or to taste tea. ground cloves, 1 teaspoon or to taste tea. Baking powder ½ c. tea. Preheat oven to 350 degrees salt. prunes and water in a blender, mix the consistency of a thick paste. In a medium bowl, mix prune paste, oil, honey, sugar, orange juice and vinegar and mix until smooth. In a large bowl, combine flour, soy protein, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, baking powder and salt. Sift dry ingredients to wet mixture gradually prune. Stir until well moistened.
