I'm building an unhealthy relationship with food?

I realized that everything on the Internet, food, love Food Network and learn new recipes. I'm not really worried about what I fear is how I treat the food they eat. I can count every calorie and feel bad when I do. I do not like to people. I prefer to eat in the dark no one around. When I go to my calorie limit, which depresses me because I'm afraid you will not lose weight (33 pounds I have to go, I weigh 168 pounds), so sometimes I go to bed hungry. I remember when I was eating about 500 to 600 extra calories than recommended, was a bottle next to me and spat half the food we ate (not sick) to spit acid. If this is not healthy, what do you recommend to be healthy and still allows me to lose weight?

Do not drop below 1500-1800 calories per day – you can always lose weight, because if you are moderately active, you need 2000 + calories per day for maintain the same weight. If you have been eating less, your body is starving, and no wonder she is obsessed. You really do not want to get into the high "and Purge relationship "with food. Vomiting breathing is so sexy! Choose a diet that combines moderate exercise moderate control of your diet rather than diet serious. Remove junk food (soda, fried chicken, chips etc) is a good start, eat more fresh fruits, veges, whole grains, low fat milk products. Read labels and watch the salt, sugar and fat. food. Strict diets ruin teeth and skin health. Not good. Moderation works for the long term.
