If you need some recipes for chicken breast, then let me help you. I like to use in any recipe that chicken due to the way it is cheap. I also like the rice for the same reason. So here I share with you three simple but tasty recipes for chicken breast also have rice.
This first recipe is ideal for summer. Citrus fruit flavor should be low cost and is very optimistic and dynamic. My family like to do that and eat on the deck.
Citrus Chicken
2 chicken breasts, skinless boneless chicken
2 c pineapple juice
1 lemon
1 lemon
1 orange
½ cup coconut
1 box of wild rice
Porter pineapple juice to boil in a large skillet over medium. Once boiling add chicken in the juice.
Dice the fruit into small pieces and add to chicken. Sprinkle with more coconut juice. Whether you cook until the chicken is cooked. See this and if the juice begins to evaporate, then add others.
Prepare rice according to the area, except water substitute ½ c pineapple juice.
Then serve the chicken over rice with a little pineapple juice and sauce pan.
The following three recipes for chicken breast is a very basic skipped. It's simple and quick to make and can be prepared in advance all you have to do is pull together when you're ready for it.
Chicken and vegetable stir-fry
2 chicken breasts, cut into pieces
1 yellow pepper, chopped
1-2 carrots, chopped
C 1 onion, sliced
Yoshida sauce 1 ½ c
Rice c 3
Start cooking rice. While the rice is done to prepare all vegetables.
When the rice is about 20 minutes, place vegetables and sauce in a wok or large skillet. Whether you cook for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Then serve with rice.
If I'm in a hurry, you can cook rice and prepare the vegetables the night before. Then just cook the vegetables for 15-20 minutes, heat the rice and serve.
My family and I love Chinese food, so I tried to re-create all of our favorite recipes for Chinese chicken breast at home to save the expense of eating out. Found a recipe for sweet and sour chicken that not only love, but it's incredibly easy to do.
Simple sweet and sour chicken
4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
Flour
2-3 beaten eggs
Oil for frying
1 large onion, diced or sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced or cubed
1 can pineapple chunks
January 24 oz bottle of Catalina dressing
A jar of apricot preserves
Cut chicken into 2.1 "cubes. Then roll in flour, dip in egg then roll in flour again.
In a medium skillet add 2-3 tablespoons tablespoon of oil sufficient for a thin layer on the bottom. When oil is hot, add the chicken and fry until the crumbs are golden.
Then add the onion, green pepper and pineapple in saucepan and continue frying until the onions and peppers are tender. Keep an eye on it, as it may be necessary to add a little oil.
Although it is combined vinaigrette and fried in a pan and keep warm until liquid is fully preserved.
To serve, place chicken over rice and pour sauce over.
