ideas for new healthy, but I'm not Martha Stewart at all it is, so I have to be simple!

Here are some healthy and inexpensive recipes: Rice and vegetable rice Saute 1 / 4 cup uncooked 2 tablespoons chopped vegetables with olive or vegetable oil 1 / 2 cup honey 1 teaspoon chopped 1 tablespoon jelly soup, low sodium soy sauce Directions: Boil the rice separately. Over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons tablespoons oil in a skillet or saucepan and add the chopped broccoli, onions and mushrooms (or any frozen vegetables). Once the rice is cooked add to skillet with the vegetables and season with a spoonful by spoonful of honey and soy sauce, low sodium or flavoring to taste. You can add diced cooked chicken to it. ============================================= Chicken, rice and Vegetable soup Ingredients: breasts skinless chicken 2 cups rice 2 cups frozen vegetables water 5 cups canned chicken broth (14.5 oz) Instructions: Combine water and broth in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the chicken and vegetables in the pan and keep simmering, then add the chicken and chopped vegetables and cover about 15 minutes. Add rice and cook slow in the last 15 minutes. Pasta Primavera ============================================= Ingredients: 3 / 4 cup vegetable cup of pasta 1 / 2 cup frozen 1 / 4 or 1 cup tomato sauce tablespoons low-fat Parmesan reach: Boil the pasta and cook the vegetables separately. A When you finish combine pasta and vegetables with the sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Add diced cooked chicken to it. ================================================ White bean soup Ingredients: 2 cups of beans 2-1/2 cups frozen vegetables 1 cup water 1 onion, chopped 1 cup chicken broth 2 dried thyme leaves Instructions: Place all ingredients in a saucepan and place over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cover. Reduce heat and let stand for 2 hours. Add shredded cooked chicken in it.
