What are the good dinner recipes that are not expensive to make?

I can cook dinner on Saturday night for my boyfriend, someone Dinner good recipes that are not too outrageously expensive to manufacture. I want to do something that is really good, but not too expensive to manufacture. Not a big fan of pasta and sauces I want something interesting too. Thanks in advance I would do something special!

Get 2 large steaks, pork fat (or butterfly), and lower side pockets. Doing a bit of stuffing in the oven (for package) and stuff the chops. Put some Lawry's marinade (I like Baja chipotle, mesquite or hickory) in a pan, then cut, dressing and much more. Cover with foil and bake at 375 30-40 minutes, uncover and cook for about 15 minutes. Serve with a joke that did not fit in the ribs, a green salad and fresh fruit (citrus is good at it) …… Make this pie a few days before and frozen: SUPER FUDGE PIE 1 / 2 cup butter 2 squares unsweetened chocolate 2 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 / 4 cup flour pinch of salt ice cream or whipped cream on top to bring (optional) Melt butter and chocolate over hot water. Beat eggs in a bowl and gradually add sugar. Add flour and salt to eggs, then combined with the mixture chocolate. Pour into ungreased pie plate and bake at 350 for 20-25 min. Cool and freeze. No need to be thawed to eat:)
