I'm looking for books on vegan nutrition / diet?
I need a book for beginners on uncooked vegetarian diet, no recipes, how to work on healthy eating + nutritional value of different foods and food vegan and front and replacement based on lifestyle For example, if your lift height, gym etc. I went to see a dietitian August. She very brief and not very useful. I really wanted to work on a special for me based on my weight and how much they wanted to win and maintain. I was a little recovered at the time, but hopefully back on my feet. I think I'll buy "Vegan" by Brenda Davis and Vesanto Melina
Go to "Vegan." I recommend you check from the first library. I started with that. But I have not felt the need buy it because it's one of those things to read and absorb, and then not need to read again. I've never read "Complete Idiots Guide To Vegan Living", but has good Amazon critical. "The Vegan Diet as Chronic Disease Prevention: Evidence in support of the new four food groups" is another thing you might want to check, but never read what can not recommend purchase. A person who gives two stars said about it: "If you're new to veganism and research an introduction to vegan items, you can read this. If you want something more comprehensive or school, look elsewhere. "Honestly, I personally have never needed more information that was presented in "Becoming Vegan"
