Elk and deer heart and liver freeze well?
Make and elk and deer heart, liver freeze well, or should be cooked as soon as possible? Go on my first trip and wanted to mention to see if I liked the heart and liver, so I could hunt. I have never cooked these before, so I guess I'll find a recipe online. Thanks for your feedback!
Can be frozen. But learning from my mother, should be frozen once, and melting, when used. Never freeze meat twice. It makes things difficult and affects the taste.
